To Summarise.....

Litl x Litl

Food: Get in quick! The best stuff was gone when we arrived (1.30pm). Chicken ramen was delish but we'd love to try the seaweed, fetta and beetroot salad as well. Doors open at 11.

Drink: Unfortunatley there were none... fridge had broken which was a shame

Service: The guy behind the counter was really nice, and obviously devoted to making good, healthy sushi. Just don't ask if they have salmon - he'll call you a murderer!

Atmosphere: With only 6 seating chairs this place is suited for take-away, but if you manage to grab a chair it's a cute little space on a great strip of cafes and shops.

Per Head: $12

We Discussed...

The idea of raw salmon being murder

Our sore heads

Friday night plans

Litl x Litl is a cute fusion japanese lunch bar nestled in the middle of the Swanbourne shops on Claremont Crescent.

There is a focus on healthy sushi with the option to replace white rice with brown rice, beetroot or carrot.

Check out the menu it's amazing:

(But make sure you get in quick! Doors open at 11am and close once sold out).

We grabbed a seat along the cute bench top and couldn't wait to dig in - we were starving!

Tuna sushi and sashimi on a bed of rice with cucumber salad - $12.

The tuna sushi was great but some greens would of made it even better. The tuna sashimi was good, but we prefer salmon sashimi far more (however don't ask for it - apparently it's murder haha!).

The rice underneath was overcooked, but the cucumber salad was yum.

We then got a little spicy miso soup poured over the top which added some extra flavour.

The chicken ramen in spicy miso broth was delicious - $12.

(Our heads were a little sore from the night before) and this hit the spot perfectly! We would definitely go back for more.

Thanks for lunch Litl x Litl - we'll be back!

Love - forladieswholunch xx
